Silversea Cruises is a small-ship luxury cruise line that offers classic luxury and high-end expedition-style itineraries. The line’s fleet of 11 ships (at the end of 2023) is divided into classic chips and expedition ships. The line also has a vessel specially designed for 100 passengers and dedicated to year-round sailing in the Galapagos Islands. All ships are suite-only with butler service.

The line is known for its premium service and all-inclusive fares that include door-to-door transfers, round-trip international flights, pre- and/or post-cruise nights, select shore excursions, beverages ( mini-bar included), meals (no specialty), tips for the crew and Wi-Fi.

Travel advisors can learn more about Silversea Cruises, its classic and expedition ships, ports of call, and get tips on how to win customers and close sales through Silversea Academy.

Silversea Academy graduates receive five CLIA elective credits when they complete all modules, and can qualify for special incentives and win prizes. The more courses travel advisors take, the more likely they are to qualify for sweepstakes, a spot on familiarization trips, and invitations to events and roadshows.

Silversea Travel Agent discounts are available on most sailings, but very much based on the occupancy levels of each voyage.

The cruise line also offers familiarization trips with travel advisors each year. There is no fixed number of trips per year and invitations are made through the regional sales managers.
